the piemaker (edinburgh)

I used to live in Edinburgh, and every August when the Fringe is on, I get the most intolerable FOMO. So please let me live vicariously through all of you this month. Starting with the first and last thing I eat every single time I visit the city - a sausage roll from the Piemaker. It's a short walk from Waverley Station, on South Bridge. I dream about these goddamn sausage rolls.
